It seems like if you get in the red then you lost the customer oppose to them leaving. For instance I've gotten customers that had to wait longer for their order and I'll serve them before the red indicator is up and will still get paid but then when I get to the score after the shift I've actually lost several customers. There needs to be a better indicator that you are actually losing the customers. Also would be helpful if you could put out more than four to 6 plates at a time spending on the level you are on.
